SimplyRehab manages therapy departments in large SNF's in Illinois, Utah, Colorado and North Carolina.
As a result of high quality therapy and good marketing, the reputation of each of these SNF's has grown
over the years to the point where they all have a steady stream of short-term rehab patients who only stay
a few weeks. Through our affiliated staffing company, we are aligned with home health agencies in each community
we serve and these relationships enable our therapists to provide home health therapy to a good number of our patients
after they are discharged. This continuity of care is good for the SNF's reputation, very satisfying for the
therapist and most important, good for the patient.
We were featured in the November 2007 cover story of NursingHomes Magazine in an article that showed how our constant
benchmarking and dedication to best practices has resulted in leading edge Speech Therapy protocols that improve both
patient outcomes and facility reimbursement. These protocols, which are different for both Short Term and Long Term patients,
