The Simply Companies

Simply Rehab is now 3 companies: SimplyRehab, Simply Staffing and Simply Home Health. These three closely related companies now offer a continuum of therapy services for operators of hospitals, ALF's and SNF's as well as a proven falls prevention exercise program that reduces falls among the elderly.

Our contract therapy company, SimplyRehab, offers high quality therapy services and high reimbursement for skilled nursing facilities in Illinois, Wisconsin, Utah, Colorado and North Carolina. We are known for our benchmarking practices in which we use statistical models and visual reports to identify which location either has best practices or needs to adopt better practices. Some of the performance areas we compare across all clients are:

• Length of rehab over 6 months for multiple classes of patients
• Part-A RUG levels
• Percent of Part-B eligible population on therapy caseload each quarter
• Therapist productivity.

Our staffing Company, Simply Staffing, provides therapists to skilled nursing facilities, schools and home health agencies. For SNF’s with in-house therapy departments who are interested in providing Continuity of Care, we will train the therapists in both SNF and home health documentation and employ the staff as PRN SimplyStaffing clinicians who follow one patient at a time as they are discharged from the SNF with home health orders.

Our home health agency, Simply Home Health, is a joint Commission accredited agency that takes referrals from hospitals, SNF's and ALF's. If the patient comes from a SNF we staff, the same therapist will most likely follow the patient through the next step of the health care continuum.
